教学内容:Unit 7 At Christmas 第一教时,学习“圣诞节”的相关知识。了解西方国家人们送礼与受礼的风俗习惯。学生能听懂、会说、会读、会写本课新词watch, teapot, wallet, calculator, skateboard, comb, mirror, hairdryer. 能听懂、会说、会读、会写Who is it from? Who are they from? 及回答It’s from…They are from…
    知识目标:学习B部分watch, teapot, wallet, calculator, skateboard, comb, mirror, hairdryer 等词汇。学习D部分Who is it from? Who are they from? 及回答It’s from…They are from…等句型。
    技能目标:学生能较好掌握本课词、句型,能较熟练运用于情景及生活实际中。
    情感目标:了解西方国家人们送礼与受礼的风俗习惯与我们的区别。使学生懂得给予是快乐的,使学生懂得感恩。
    课前准备:录音机,B & D部分录音磁带,小练习,师生收集圣诞节资料及CAI.
    教学过程:
    一、           Free talk.
    What day/ date is it today?

    ( They’re …)
    When’s Children’s Day?(替换练习)
    ( It’s in …)
    What do people usually do at/ on…?
    ( They …)
    What’s your favourite holiday?
    ( My favourite holiday is …)
    Do you like Christmas?
    ( Learn to say.)
    设计意图:通过复习所学日期、节日逐步导入新授,为下面的学习作铺垫,便于学生接受。
    二、           Presentation.
    (一)揭示课题:Unit 7 At Christmas
    (Learn to say: at Christmas, on Christmas Day)
    1. Do you know Christmas?
    (Talk about Christmas.)
    2. Sing “Christmas song”. (CAI)
    3. Let Ss know sth about Christmas. (CAI)
    (Learn to say: a Christmas tree, a Christmas party, Christmas presents.)
    设计意图:利用师生收集的资料展开圣诞节知识的讨论,了解西方国家人们送礼与受礼的风俗习惯,可大大激发学生学习的兴趣,有利开展新知识的教学。)
    4. Show the words in the Christmas tree: watch, teapot, wallet, calculator, skateboard, comb, mirror, hairdryer and the sentences “Who is it from?/ Who are they from? It’s/ They’re from …”(CAI)
    (Learn to say.)
    设计意图:运用多媒体技术使新词逐个出现在圣诞树上,增强直观性和趣味,使学生始终保持强烈的学习兴趣和求知欲。在学习单词的过程中适时呈现短语、句型,做到词—词组—句型的紧密结合与活学活用,避免单一的教学模式。
    5. Consolidation. (CAI)
    a) Ss read the words after the tape.
    b) Ss read by themselves, then read together.
    c) A game----What would he/ she like as a Christmas present? 
    d) 小练习----将所给字母组成单词:t p a o e t, b m o c, r r r i m o, t e w l a l, c a w h t, e h i r a y d r, o l l c c a u r t a, r i m s h t C s a (“小练习”)
